   Hey,
   How tall he is? I just bought a 18″ bike for my kid 1,24 cm tall (4 ft 1 inch tall) and it looks a bit big. The kid is 5,5 y.o. But it was described for kids 120-140 cm.

   Ryder is close to 4 ft tall. if you look at most of the pros and grown bmx riders youll see that the bars come up to about hip height. when the kids are young they get put on bikes that are too big. Look at your kid standing next to his bike. look at where the bars meet him. probably above his stomach. If you son is trying to progress and learn control and tricks get him of a smaller bike. We kept Ryder on his 12″ for a long time. Our main reason to go bigger was because at the speeds and heights he was jumping the bike was to unstable with the small wheels. Hes grown alot in the past 4 months and really fits the 16 well now.
