Check these shots of the Halahan boys going fast and high.

Really stoked to announce the new FBM Hala-fast frames.

The Halahan boys have been dialing geometry with the FBM dudes over the past couple years.

They came up with a super stable rig made to go fast and high in the woods and on the concrete waves. A small FBM Steadfast (Hala-FAST), rig.

Halahans: @irodetoday

Halafast 18 Inch Wheel Frame – Dialed for Modern Trail Riding

Hala-fast 18 inch BMX Trails Frame

A 74.25 degree head tube angle, 12.75” chain stays (slammed), and a 8” stand over height keep the bike stable yet still nimble to whip.

At high speeds and roasting a set you want to keep it simple; you don’t want to have to think of anything except that feeling.

28 – 30 tooth sprocket recommended.

Handcrafted in the FBM Machine Shop in Ithaca, New York, USA

Halafast 20 Inch Wheel Frame – Dialed for Modern Trail Riding

Hala-fast 20" BMX Trails Frame

A 74.25 degree head tube angle, 13.5” chain stays (slammed), and a 9” stand over height keep the bike stable yet still nimble to whip.

At high speeds and roasting a set you want to keep it simple; you don’t want to have to think of anything except that feeling.

28 – 30 tooth sprocket recommended.

Favourite place to ride? I don’t have one fave park, but I definitely like riding with everyone ar TRP in Detroit, I really like the chill vibe, Joyride is my homepark, I also ride at All In Skatepark, Le Taz, Cannington, and Bens outdoor dirt jumps in Collingwood.

Next three tricks you plan on learning? Get my flairs back on my 18″, get my dbl bars and supermans over jumps and definitely working on getting my street better Mike Gray and Steven Moxley always helping out on that.

Ultimate BMX goal? Just encourage all kid’s to get out and ride and just have fun,and to one day rent a plane and fill it with all my friends and to fly out to finally sesh in California!! Also XGames and riding with Mark Webb are def in my top goals.

Raddest BMX moment from 2016? Finally landing my Backflip over a spine!! I ate it SO hard the first time I tried remember??

Nahum Billington 20" Sunday Radocaster BMX Bike Check

Nahum Billington is a rad 13 year old BMXer from Canada. Nahum just transitioned from an 18″ to a 20″ Sunday Radocaster build. BMX Groms worked with him to build the bike and document the size change for an upcoming feature on BMX Groms. We used as many parts from the 18″ as possible to help the transition. The 20″ Radocaster frame is a good choice for your first 20″ BMX. The Radocaster frame features excellent quality at an affordable price, which is important when you are still growing and may move up to a larger frame in the future. Learn more about this frame on Sunday Bikes. The 20.5″ top tube length is a good entry point into the 20″ size. For more info on BMX sizing, peek our sizing guide.
